COSTS
Worried about the costs? If we are working in conjunction with a solicitor, we ask for no money upfront. If you are clearing the estate yourself, and there are likely to be more fees than the goods are worth, we may ask for a percentage before we commence work. All saleable items are sold at our own auction rooms. Any monies over and above the clearance cost, and sales fee (of just £6 per sold lot) are returned to the executors or solicitors of the estate.
The proceeds come off your bill, saving you money and, in many cases, earning you extra money!
Our rates are extremely competitive. Our staff are full-time employees who come to your property after valuation to take saleable items to auction and/or dispose of unsaleable items and rubbish, whichever you decide. All of our staff adhere to the up-to-date regulations, including Persistent Organic Pollutants (POP) waste laws. We can dispose of any unsaleable items in a legal and sustainable manner, recycling where possible.
